Someone recommended the first book to me and as it was free I tried it. Very Good - so long story short, I have now read all three in less than three days! I think this one is the best of the three published to date and I hunger for the next installment. While it is true that things with Alex and White are a bit too drawn out, the relationship between Alex and the partners is evolving great..I love Black - great friend. One of the best series I've read in a long time up to this point. It is smart, engaging, and fun without being gratuitous or condescending. I look forward to each one.
Book 2 was very predictable. Book 3 was much better, full of more twists and turns. Read it in a few hours. Most likely will get book 4 now.
The was a great book. It was better than the first two. Can't wait to read the next book in this series. It's definitely a must read book
It took me a grand total of 3 days to read this entire series, which for me, is record time. I thoroughly enjoyed the characters, plots and build up to what Grey becomes. Spent a lot of time thinking about what characters would play the rolls on the big screen. It would make a great feminine version of Bourne Identity!
SPOILER ALERT!!
Considering the huge focus that is placed on Grey's feelings and relationship for White, it was a HUGE letdown in the end! I was extremely anxious to seeing how the author would tie it all together, and not that I was expecting a full, graphic depiction, but it was almost as if the author is incapable of adding any "steam" to the book.
I really hope there's a 4th book in the works, so that she can really build and develop this relationship to a point of "reader satisfaction".
I really enjoyed the book. I love books about strong women. I believe women can do just as much as men. I have now read all the books in the series. These books kept my interest from beginning to end
too much quelled romanch between grey and white. no action or at best limited action. Had to read through way too much unfullfilled romance to get to the few scenes of action. Some interesting parts of the book were not well fleshed out ie. the interiror of the underwater cave, where did all the water come from, how did noone ever discover it before.
